Tamara Johnson

Tamara is a dynamic host, speaker, and encourager, known for meeting women where they are while empowering them to rise higher. With a background that spans education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, Tamara brings a grounded, relatable, and faith-centered voice to every room she enters. Her approach is honest, uplifting, and practical; offering truth without condemnation and encouragement without pressure.

As a resilience-driven speaker, Tamara draws from real-life experiences navigating setbacks, transitions, and seasons of rebuilding. She speaks powerfully on perseverance, self-worth, leadership, and personal development, helping women reframe challenges as preparation rather than punishment. Her message reminds women that growth often comes disguised as disruption, and that purpose is not canceled by delay.

Dr. Cosha Joseph

Bio: Dr. Cosha is a licensed therapist, speaker, and founder of Safe Place, a mental health platform rooted in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. In addition to her clinical work, she supports therapists and wellness practitioners as a business mentor, helping them build sustainable practices without sacrificing their wellbeing. Her work sits at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and long-term sustainability.

Letrice Mason

Letrice Mason, NP, is a women’s health nurse practitioner and clinic owner dedicated to helping women feel informed, confident, and in control of their bodies. Through her practice, Her Down There, she focuses on hormone balance, sexual wellness, and evidence-based care that meets women where they truly are. She is passionate about breaking the stigma around vaginal and hormonal health by educating with honesty, humor, and real-life understanding. As an entrepreneur and mentor, Letrice also supports other nurses in building independent practices and creating careers that offer both impact and freedom.

Crystal Danelle

Crystal Danelle is a dynamic speaker, marketing executive, entrepreneur, and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated who is passionate about empowering women to walk boldly in their purpose. Born in Mississippi and now based in Houston after graduating from Texas Southern University, she has built a national platform rooted in authenticity, leadership, and impact. Through mentorship, digital storytelling, strategic brand collaborations, and her signature “Who Is She” Brunch, Crystal helps women align who they are with how they show up in every room. Having partnered with over 100 brands, she believes opportunities are created through intentional alignment and courageous action—and she is committed to “passing the crown” by pouring into the next generation of leaders.

DR. RHONDA SNEED

Dr. Rhonda Sneed is the founder and CEO of Restoring Souls Outreach Center, INC., a nonprofit organization (501C3), and Lord Make Me Over Women’s Conference in Houston, TX. Dr. Sneed is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, Certified Mental Health First Aider, Certified Christian Chaplain, Educator, Child Advocate, Ordained Pastor of Kingdom Celebration Center Houston (KCCH), Purpose-Driven Thought Leader, Motivational & Inspirational Speaker, and Author. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and Biblical Counseling, Master’s in Educational Administration, and a PH.D in Christian Counseling and Psychology. Dr. Sneed’s passion is to educate, equip and empower individuals with the necessary tools to live a productive and purpose-filled life. Dr. Sneed and her husband, Rodney, are the proud parents of three children, Jasmine, Raven and RJ, two son-in-laws Marion and Keshun, one daughter-in-law Kate and are grandparents to two beautiful girls, Peyton and Presley.

Dr. Christen Goolsby

Passing the Crown” is more than a theme, it is a call to action that closely reflects Dr. Christen Goolsby’s lifelong commitment to mentorship, education, and empowering the next generation of women. A proud Houstonian, Dr. Goolsby is a Nurse Leader, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Assistant Clinical Professor at the Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston, where she educates and mentors graduate nursing students and plays a key role in shaping and leading the future Nurse Practitioners and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) leaders of tomorrow. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2004), Master of Science in Nursing (2010), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (2016) from Prairie View A&M University, where she was among the inaugural Doctor of Nursing Practice graduating cohort.

With over 20 years of experience across clinical practice, leadership, academia, and women’s health, Dr. Goolsby is deeply dedicated to advancing health equity and improving outcomes for diverse populations, particularly women of color. Her areas of expertise include women’s health, simulation in nursing education, and obstetrical care, with a strong focus on addressing health disparities impacting underserved communities. She is a published author and public speaker, recipient of the University’s 2023 Black Excellence Award, and an active member of organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, The National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

Passionate about mentorship and generational impact, Dr. Goolsby is also the founder of Informed Not Influenced, a platform dedicated to providing adolescents and young women with medically accurate, evidence-based information to counter misinformation and support confident, informed decisions about their sexual health, hygiene, and overall well-being. Beyond her professional roles, she is a proud wife and mother who believes deeply in leading by example and passing wisdom to the next generation. She enjoys traveling with her husband of 19 years and their two children and remains committed to mentoring youth and empowering young women to pursue careers in healthcare, leadership, and service.

Tamika Bearden-Young is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Foundation Healthcare, a family-focused medical practice rooted in compassion, excellence, and community empowerment. With more than 20 years of nursing experience and over 7 years as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Tamika has dedicated her career to improving health outcomes, expanding access to care, and uplifting the lives of individuals and families.

A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Tamika’s leadership is grounded in service, sisterhood, and lifelong commitment to community wellness. She created Foundation Healthcare to ensure quality healthcare is accessible, personalized, and patient-centered — especially for individuals facing barriers to traditional care.
